The Golden Swamp

I have just come across a very interesting site at
The Golden Swamp. It is run by Judy Breck and is in the form of a blog, subtitled "a virtual learning ideas blog." The core idea is that, the belief that the internet is nothing but junk, is hindering the development of the internet for learning purposes. Judy is clearly on a mission. To quote her directly "It is my conviction and passion that the internet is causing a new golden age." She is the author of several books about learning and internet content. Of course this could be all hype, we have seen this before. However delving into some of the links I was amazed at the breadth and quality of the material to which I was being introduced. Anyway rather than me blathering on about it, take a look yourself, see if you agree.
